SHIPPING
WHAT ORDERS QUALITY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
One-time orders equal to or more than $35 will qualify for free standard shipping.
WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP?
We ship Monday through Friday. It may take 1-4 business days for your order to be picked up after your order is placed. Orders placed after 8am on Fridays will roast and ship the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.
RETURN POLICY WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal is to provide our guests with impeccable service and the highest quality goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE
Once you speak to one of our Customer Experience representatives about your return or exchange, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label by email within a few minutes. Simply print out the label, attach it to a box with the items you’re returning along with your packing slip (if you still have it), and send it back to us. We should receive it within 5-7 business days. If you’re returning these items, you’ll see the refund processed 3-5 business days after we receive them.
